Ron appeared in VH-1's Flab to Fab fitness reality show, where he designed and implemented workout routines that produced jaw-dropping results. He was also a trainer for Discovery Channel's Swim Suit Slim Down, where Ron's contestants lost the most weight and inches in the competition. He has been featured in US Weekly, In Touch, and Glamour and has graced the covers of Physical and Men's Health magazines. Ron holds certifications from ISSA and ACE and spent time as a Division 1 athlete in football and track when he was in college.
He was also an instructor at some of New York's most elite fitness facilities, including Equinox and the Madison Square Club. Ron pioneered a cutting edge training technique called Anaerobic Cardiovascular Training (ACT) that incorporates his unique styles of training to produce maximum gains in a minimal amount of time.
